Upload PDFs
Add exactly two PDFs: one Plans file (filename contains
"Plans") and one Letter file (filename contains "letter").
The job code is read from the Letter name (between CELetter…_ and
_Rev, e.g. Stamped_CELetter1_801R-441ISAA_Rev A1.pdf).
Values are loaded from DETDB via the jobCode-index GSI and compared to Plans and Letter;
mismatches are written onto the PDFs.
